OlfaGuard is a bio-nanotech food safety startup. This innovative company, based on four patents from the Technion and Professor Hossam Haick, is now in the process of developing an E-nose capable of smelling pathogens on food. The team has been able to successfully identify the different  Salmonella and E.coli MVOCs with their nanotech sensors.
